● Operation and Use of Spring Grinding Machine
1. First, prepare the grinding sleeve according to the height requirements of the spring. The height of the grinding sleeve should be about 3mm lower than the height of the spring. Then, adjust the height of the grinding wheel using a handwheel and lock it in place.
2. Adjust the height of the lower guide plate at the spring inlet, which should be slightly higher than the plane of the lower grinding wheel, and the height of the upper guide plate should be slightly lower than the plane of the upper grinding wheel, so that the spring can smoothly enter the grinding surface of the grinding wheel.
3. Adjust the height of the guide plate at the spring outlet to be slightly lower than the plane of the lower grinding wheel.
4. Adjust the rotation speed of the turntable according to the spring wire diameter, and the speed will be slower if the wire diameter is larger. On the contrary, it is faster. (Note that it should be adjusted during startup)
5. When starting up for the first time, pay attention to opening the cover of the oil injection hole on the disc mounted speed control motor to prevent air expansion and oil leakage.
